The client: A Multi-Academy Trust looking to optimise revenue through hiring facilities in a competitive market

The objective: Increase revenue generated from letting premises across the MATs schools.

Timeframe: three months

Cost: £200pm paid advertising spend

Impact: A targeted Google Ads campaign, promoting discounted offers and competitive rates, targeting specific audiences looking to hire facilities in the local areas to each of the trust’s schools. Income across all of the trust’s 9 facilities increased by a minimum of £700 at each site in the space of three months. Overall revenue increase was an additional £12k per month. A total of £600 in ad spend across three months generated £36k.
